Shipping Policy
All orders are placed as quickly as possible and my goal is to ship as soon as possible for the best customer experience.
In order to provide the best price ratio, we ship separately from different warehouses, both in the EU and China.
What are the shipping times?
All items sold by FANSBYD are guaranteed to be delivered within 25 business days, with most items delivered within 5 to 10 business days.
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days except for Hong Kong holidays (excluding out-of-stock, custom products).
If your address is a remote location, an additional remote location fee will apply. (Our customer service will contact you to make up a small portion of the shipping cost for remote areas such as Puerto Rico, Alaska, etc.)
In most cases, military addresses such as APO/FPO cannot be shipped, and commercial couriers such as UPS, Fedex, DHL and TNT cannot ship APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
For some EU countries, we may choose some duty-free channels for shipping. Transport declaration value we will write lower than the actual value.
We use UPS, FedEx and USPS as our carriers and require a signature confirmation from the customer upon delivery. The shipping method varies depending on the type of product.
Our responsibility for the shipment ends when we verify from our carriers (UPS, FedEx and USPS) that the shipment has been delivered to your address.
If the shipment cannot be found at your delivery location after it has been signed for, we will not be able to replace or refund your money, and once the product has been verified as having been delivered to your address, the shipping responsibility is yours.
We are not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered after multiple attempts by our carrier, and it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate with our carrier to receive the shipment at a convenient time and location. If a shipment is returned to FANSBYD as undeliverable, we will not issue a refund.
It is the buyer's responsibility to cooperate with the Customs to clear the goods, if the Customs need the buyer to provide information or pay back taxes and other reasons, and the buyer does not cooperate with the reasons caused by the failure of customs clearance, we will not be responsible for the failure of customs clearance.
It is the responsibility of each buyer to pay customs duty, excise tax, etc. If customs and other relevant government departments require the buyer to pay the tax, FANSBYD will not be responsible for this cost.
Can I enter different addresses for billing and shipping?
Yes, you can!
Start by entering your billing address: it’s the address associated with your credit card. At the bottom of the payment method form, you can check the “Use a different billing address” box. You will then be able to enter a different shipping address.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Just send us a detailed email as soon as possible with the correct address at support@fansbyd.com. Be sure to include your name and order number.
Important note: Orders that contain in-stock items and made-to-order items will ship at the same time, once your made-to-order items are ready.

Can I change my delivery address/ Wrong delivery address given?

Yes, our main markets are in North America, Europe and Australia.
Where You Ship Goods From ?
Normally we ship the goods from China. meanwhile we have also warehouse in Texas. It depends on the situation of warehouse.
What Is The Shipping Cost ?
We charge $8.99 for shipping when an order is less than $50, and we ship free when an order is over $50.

What Payment Terms You Can Accept?
We currently support PayPal and most popular credit card payment methods on the market.
My Payment Was Declined, Why?
If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons: the card has no funds available, you entered the wrong CSV security code, the card is expired, you entered the wrong billing information, the card does not allow internet purchases (card not present purchases) etc. In any event by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining.
Solutions: Try a different credit card or try using PayPal as your checkout method.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You may cancel or modify your order anytime prior to shipment. However, if the order has already been processed a 5% fee will be charged if you choose to cancel and paid using PayPal or a credit card. If you purchased using Affirm the fee can vary from 5-10%. This fee covers merchant fees that are charged to process and refund a credit card, PayPal account or Affirm.
If your order has already shipped, but not yet been received and you would like to cancel, then shipping is not refundable and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If it is currently in transit please contact us and we can try and have it returned to sender.
Returns & Exchanges
I received my order and it’s defective.
Oh dear! We are so sorry that the item(s) didn’t reach you in a good condition. But No worries, just send us an email to support@fansbyd.com and our customer team will arrange replacement(s) accordingly.
I received wrong item(s)/some of my item(s) is missing.
Oh No! We are so sorry about our mistakes. Please send us an email to support@fansbyd.com and our customer team will arrange exchange accordingly.
Can I Return My Product?
You may return the product for any reason within 30 days of the date of delivery. The returned product must be in good condition and not affect a second sale.
What Items Are Returnable?
With the exception of custom products, returns are possible as long as they meet our return policy.
